According to the Google, today is National KETO Day. If you’re resolution is to lose a few pounds and you think a diet is the way, research suggests the high-fat, low-carb ketogenic or ‘keto’ diet offers a number of benefits. You can eat healthy fats, like eggs, avocado, olive oil, and sustainably-raised meat, but no word on if pepperoni, hot wings, or Beef Jerky are on the list.

Grade 9 Trip
