Parent Teacher Interviews https://birchwood.schoolappointments.com/
- Parent teacher interviews will take place Thursday November 20 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Friday November 21 from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
- Interviews are to be scheduled with subject teachers and will take place in their classrooms. You can schedule maximum 2 appointments for your child.
- As always, feel free to contact subject teachers at anytime by phone or email.
- Please schedule an interview with your child's subject teachers using the following link. Be sure to click register tab at the top of the screen.
- All previous accounts have been purged from the system so new accounts need to be made.
- You can make these accounts anytime starting today but will not be able to book appointments until it goes live on Wednesday November 12 at 12 noon and closes on Wednesday November 19 at 12 noon.

- Click on “Click Here to Register”
- First and Last Name, email address, created a password and enter it twice, add phone number and hit “Register Now”.
- Next click “Add Student” and add their first and last name.
- If you have more than one student click add student and repeat the process.
- You will now be registered to book appointments on Wednesday November 12 at 12:00 noon.
