Lunch time:
- A reminder to all students that at 12:25 students are to be in a designated area. Those areas are the cafeteria, gym, library, and outside. Once you are in that area, you will stay there for the remainder of the lunch hour. Students cannot be in the hallways or hanging out in classrooms.
- Students that are going off grounds, please stay away from the funeral home, seniors complex, or any residential properties.
Scents:
- Birchwood is a scent free school. We are noticing a lot of strong scents in the building. We do have staff and students that have sensitivities.

- Some fantastic auditions so far. Drummers will audition on Monday at lunch.
Drama Club:
- Students who are interested in participating in the Drama Club this year, there is a sign up sheet outside the office. Auditions and rehearsals will occur later in the second term. This is to determine interest only at this time. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Squire in Room 221.
Terry Fox:
- A reminder to get your $2 to your homeroom teacher for Toonie for Terry!
- Students a reminder that the Terry Fox Run is Monday and to wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
