Fall Fundraising: 

  • Our fall fundraiser - Santa’s Little Helper is underway. We will have prizes for our top 3 sellers and anyone that has 8 orders or more will be invited to an ice cream party!! Ask your family, friends, and neighbours to support our fundraiser!

Cross Country:

  • Huge congratulations to the Birchwood Cross Country Team in yesterday’s Provincial Meet 
  • Alex Newson and Maiya Chaudhary both took home gold medals in their respective divisions
  • The Bantam Girls also brought home the TEAM Banner: Members include Alex Newson 1st, Emily Lutley - Bronze medal, Charleigh MacDougall 4th, Kaitlyn McInnis 6th, and Kate Power 10th
  • Donovan McGuirk - won Bronze in the Bantam Boys Division
  • Also, some other notable strong finished were Lucy Power 4th, Lilly MacVicar 7th, Avery Fleischhauer 4th, and Max MacKenzie 7th

Soccer:

  • AG - no practiday today. Next practice is Monday from 3 to 4. Our last regular season game is Tuesday against Stonepark.
  • AB - Had a great game last night.  The boys played short handed but still tied Montague 1-1.  The boys outplayed the Mustangs, making them look more like ponies!  Sam scored and Donovan created lots of offence.  Ben had a great game in net and Brett made a huge defensive slide to keep the ball from going into the empty net.  Great job!  Practice Monday
  • AAG congrats to the team on finishing their regular season 5-0!  The Cobras won over EWS 2-0.  Goals were scored by Maiya C and Gabi V.  Next practice is Monday.
  • AAB Practice Monday, home game Tuesday.

Volleyball:

  • AAG & AG practice today at 2:50. Congrats to the AG team on their 3-1 win over Immanuel Christian.
  • AAG practice tomorrow

    • Congrats to the girls on their 3-0 win over Summerside last night. Emily Lutley with 2 goals and Charleigh Mac with 1.
